HAR’s January Market Update showed that homes priced from $1 million and above drew the greatest sales volume increase for the month with a 52.2% year-over-year gain. Second in line are homes from $500,000 to $1 million housing segment at 47.1%; followed by homes priced between $250,000 and $500,000, which rose 36.1%.
