According to new data from the Houston Association of Realtors (HAR), August was another phenomenal month for Houston real estate, with single-family homes sales rising 8.5% versus last August, at 9,890 units sold. Moreover, home sales priced from $500,000 to $750,000 share of sales volume at 48.5% year over year, followed by the $250,000 to $500,000 segment, which rose 31.8%.
